Refund policy

At Pace & Lead, we want you to be happy with every purchase. As an online retailer working with third-party suppliers, please read our returns process carefully.

Returns: We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at pace.and.leads@gmail.com before sending anything back, as returns are coordinated with our suppliers on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Refunds: Once a return is approved and received by our supplier, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Food, treats, and personalised products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
